  James replaced my shop garage door opener and all the rolling tracts, etc.. It works impeccably well. It operates so quietly, and smoothly you don’t even know it is moving. James was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and friendly. I highly recommend and will be doing more improvements with this company.

  John Lynch construction did a great job on our new roof replacement as well as building a new front porch for us. The craftsmanship that Andre did on the front porch was phenomenal. Chaz, Avery, and Isaiah worked hard on removing a chimney that was falling apart and Jessie built a great cover covering up what was left of the old chimney. I would definitely recommend them.

  They did an awesome job on the roof itself don't get me wrong, But they did mismatch the trim board color which is not that big of a deal. What gets me is them messing with my livelihood when it comes to agreeing on a price that was supposed to be between 4-5k but then to rip our entire roof off and talk to my wife about needing to bring it up to code and needing more mineral to do so ( she knows nothing about roofing materials) than they slap us with a 16k bill when we told them we don't have much money to work with outside of what the insurance gave us. We had to get a high interest loan just to pay them for their work. Not to mention when the insurance adjuster was here we were not quoted for the carport. When I got home from work one day they had already recovered the carport and I told them that wasn't part of the insurance quote and he said it was, seems like to me they just did what they wanted and charged us more money then we had and put us in the whole by doing so. Only thing I am thankful for is the awesome job they did on the roof, just be aware that they may charge you 2X what they quote you.

  Great job. Crews and office staff worked hard to get two roofs replaced at the same time. One roof was almost a total repair. They had to add gussets to all the trusses and they got it done in just 3 days. They cleaned up around the homes each day. They were all professional and worked diligently as a team. They are very knowledgeable and will answer all questions before and during the work process. They also provide free estimates and warranty their work. I would highly recommend them if you are in need of a roof repair or replacement.

  John Lynch Construction did an excellent job replacing my roof. Every encounter with the team, from the phone answerer to the young men working on the roof, was pleasant. The work crew was hard working and very courteous.
