  Technician came out and wanted to charge us $800 just to replace our thermostat when he admitted he didn't know what was wrong. Still charged us the travel fee and we still have the problem!! 322 Kilkelly Rd, Kalama James & Jennifer Walton

  Disappointing experience with Renaud Electric. Generac sent them to repair our home generator. They were only able to diagnose issues during the visit, without making any repairs. Charged me $494 to make a diagnosis (fees included). I had to hire another electrical company to actually make the repair and get the generator running again. Our sump pumps are critical to keeping the downstairs part of the house dry. The company doesn’t seem to care about their customers, but they sure care about making sure they get paid.

  Gary came and was immediately upfront with what he was prepared to work on during that service call. Because Gary is an open and honest young man, he saved us as lot of time and money. Instead of run around, Gary helped us get the PUD to inspect our system.
