  Looking for different flooring options and found Meyer Floor from Google so decided to pop in to check out their showroom. Jenni is a gem to work with, and I've now been in contact with her for a year for different flooring needs. She didn't show any frustration that I came without an appointment but took her time to help me out, answer questions, narrow my search down, and even ordered me several samples to be delivered directly to my door. I talked with Kurt there briefly too, and he was cheerful, helpful, and down to earth. I immediately felt very comfortable with this company and trusted them to care about their quality and customers. We bought 90% of our house flooring from Meyer. Our carpet was installed by them. We had a couple of issues with the stairs installation but they quickly returned to inspect and fix any problems. Everyone, and I mean everyone from family and friends to contractors, who has walked on our carpet had commented on how nice it feels, how soft it is. We chose Abilene II Acreage with an 8lb pad. Our laminate flooring (Wanke Cascade Croft Oak Rust) we love how it looks and feels. Unfortunately it has not held up in terms of quality. Within weeks of living here, the surface color began to scuff off in small areas, along with many tiny scratches and chips. I can't say Meyer is to blame for the quality and Jenni worked with us for months to get inspections done and even filed a claim with the manufacturer. So even though we're disappointed with the laminate quality, we're very impressed with Meyer Floor and their integrity and sincerity. We would/will happily use them again.
