  They way overcharged me! They replaced a part on my furnace and charged me $250, but that same part cost $10 on Amazon. I texted them and emailed them to explain to me why a $10 part would cost $250, and they never answered me. Buyer beware!

  Capital Heating and Cooling has been our “go to” company for air-conditioning, heatin and fireplace maintenance. When it was time to repair and replace worn out parts in our gas fireplace, Josh gave us a great estimate, quickly committed to a date and time for this work to be done and did a great job completing the repairs! As with other professionals from this company, Josh was timely, informative, polite, and did great work! these are the folks you want for your HVAC needs!

  Today we had our annual service for our heating system with Capital Heating from Olympia. Our technician today was Alex B. He was very professional from the point we had eye contact. He introduced himself on behalf of your company and greeted me with a handshake. He confirmed why he was at my home today. He promptly put booties on his shoes and came in to look at Situation location, thermostats, cold air returns and where our outside air handle was located. He thoroughly explained the process. He was going to complete from inspection to cleaning and verifying that everything was up and running accurately at our home. Throughout the entire process, he updated as he proceeded as he checked the system. He asked countless times If I had questions and patiently answered every question the process. He also spoke on speaker with a call I placed to my husband to verify the process phone with my husband. Questions were asked in answer thoroughly in the whole process. Alex was very tidy and conscientious while he was in our home doing his work.

  I am beyond greatful for the exemplary service this entire company provides!! From the office staff, to the technicians and everyone in between; I thank you all. We had a major hiccup with our Trane Heatpump, and were quickly rescued and fully repaired in no time flat. Thankfully, the parts were under warranty. They didn't just quick fix the problem, the gave the entire system a full check. Additionally, we got some very good advice, along with tips and tricks from the technician Josh, when he finished our repair. Thank you again, Capital!!

Scott showed up on time, explained everything in plain English (no confusing “watt-are-you-talking-about” moments), and made the entire process feel effortless.
