  I never want to speak poorly on anyone or any company. I never wanted to write a bad review, but the time has come. TK elevator is absolutely criminal. I work for/in a senior living apartment building, and the latest elevator issue (don't have enough time to write all the issues from the past) has taken months to fix. We have one elevator that has been down for almost 3 months. Trash company. Absolutely unacceptable communication and no sense of urgency. They will tell us the part is coming and then oh, whoops it's not! Now it's delayed again. The techs come in and are shocked to see the elevator is still broken. This company should be ashamed of itself. My employer is working to take legal action. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE A DIME.

  I’m very disappointed with the experience I had with TK Elevator last Friday. One of their company vehicles hit my car in the parking lot, causing significant damage, and I have not received any follow‑up or communication from them since the incident. I’ve tried reaching out, but no one has returned my calls or provided the insurance information I need to move forward with the claim. This lack of response has made an already stressful situation even more difficult. I hope the company improves its communication and accountability when their vehicles are involved in accidents.

  This company is so bad. If you are looking to hire an elevator company, go with another one. When you put in a request like simply doing a reboot, it takes them 6-10 business days to get around to it. For apartments taller than 4 flights this becomes a major issue for tenants. Especially for ADA people. They have no sense of urgency and seem to not care. I would give grace but this has happened multiple times with them now. So it’s a company culture at this point.

  Do not work with this company or get into a service contract with this company. You will wait 3 months to get service on your elevator under their service contract. Or they will ask you to pay double time at $1250/hour to get the repair done sooner. They are not interested in customer service and they will hold you to your contract. We have a small apartment building and want to work with a smaller, local company that services our type of elevator, but the branch manager simply said he would not release us from our contract despite our dissatisfaction with their service. Also, beware that their service contracts are 5 years on auto-renew. I have been asking them to cancel the auto-renew and cannot get written confirmation for this. Stay away from this company. Go with a small, local company that cares about their relationship with their customers.

  I live at an apartment complex here in Seattle in First Hill and TKE is our elevator company. Our two elevators for our 18 story residential building are constantly down and never seem to have reliability. This has been going on for months and is an absolute nightmare for those with disabilities that live here. Their service, supply chain and products are utter garbage. Avoid them if you plan to put in an elevator.
