  Look no further than Temperature Pro I mean it !!! I called two other popular company's you see on TV and hear on the radio advertising bragging about their service. One told me I wasn't a steady customer, so they weren't interested. The other company was a week out with a $250.00 show up fee or if I wanted to pay for same day service it would be $450.00. I called Temperature Pro, Rich the owner answered said not a problem I'll send somebody out in the morning. Bottom line Russ the tech spotted the problem and within 1/2 hour had my Heat Pump up and running like New. The cost of the repair Russ made was less than what the competitor wanted just to show up. I had Russ put me on a regular maintenance program, so I never lose the relationship with him or the Temp Pro. Every once in a while, luck does come your way !!! Update: July 15, 2024 I thought I was having another problem contacted Rich and he had Russ the same tech as last week stop by this afternoon to check out my concerns. Russ took amp readings assured me the unit was running in a safe manner and then assured me once more that John its Ok. I felt like a fool for crying Wolf but better safe than sorry. When I offered to pay for his time, he said its covered under last week's service call. Unbelievable, Caring Service from Rich & Russ at Temp Pro.

  When our furnace went out during a visit to relatives out of state, we were in a bind. TemperaturePro came to the rescue! Tim, their technician, arrived within the hour and swiftly fixed the issue. Outstanding service. Thank you, TemperaturePro, for saving the day!
