  I have a bedroom floor that needs leveling. Contacted Home Depot and they had a list of specialists contractors that would do this type of work. Multiple names were unresponsive. JL Fine Finishes responded right away, and spoke of getting me on their schedule. Once determined, Gerardo and company came on time, communicated progress and is all about best customer service. I highly recommend JL Fine Finishes for all your home improvement needs. Best service at best prices.

  I had a great experience working with Gerardo and his team at JL Fine Finishes. They made the whole remodeling process easy and stress-free. I first hired them to remodel my bathroom, and I was so happy with the results that I decided to have them update my kitchen too. They installed new cabinets, countertops, and a modern sink, and everything turned out exactly how I wanted. Gerardo was professional and easy to communicate with. Even though I wasn’t nearby, he kept me updated and made sure everything stayed on track. Anytime I had a question, he responded quickly, which I really appreciated. The pricing was fair, and the billing was straightforward—no surprises. If you're looking for a reliable contractor who does great work, I definitely recommend JL Fine Finishes!

  DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Ghosted left with an Unfinished Project after paying 75% - 2 months into an expected 2 week craft room remodel and NO RESPONSE IN 3 WEEKS after multiple attempts to contact for an update. -Low Bid (*too* good to be true) and Low deposit (only 25% to start) to book jobs but based on recent reviews across multiple platforms they don’t have enough money to finish them -Lots of high quality work to start but then no-shows and unanswered questions as time went on -Manipulative and unprofessional excuses claiming family illnesses and business complications from power outages ect - could be true but doesn’t excuse lack of communication and indefinite delays -Lied about cabinet ordering timeline saying there was a delay but when a thread from the cabinet company was forwarded the cabinets weren’t even ordered at that time -Still booking bids for new projects this week (confirmed by a friend) yet hasn’t responded to me with a plan for mine in weeks Had a great reputation and did quality work in the past but that is no longer true! This business is falling apart, DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY FINDING OUT!!!

  WORST BUSINESS EVER. CAME AND TORE OUR ROOM APART. THEN NEVER CAME BACK TO FINISH THE JOB. TOOK 80% DEPOSIT. NEVER FINISHED THE JOB AND DIDNT RETURN MONEY. STOPPED RESPONDING TO OUR MESSAGES OUR CALLS. THEY ARE A SCAM. DONT FALL FOR THEM. The psychological harm we have been caused over the past month is unacceptable. My loved one has been without a room and had to arrange other living arrangements. Her room is floorless, the paint is not done, the door is off of the hinges. This company tore everything apart and didn’t finish. Nor did they have the decency to return money. We are very upset and don’t wish these services upon anyone.
