The staff upstairs is extremely welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable to help get your project materials scheduled and ordered. Whether that be materials in the yard, a special order or searching for more information on a new product. The sale floor has several items for daily necessities and staff to help look for what you need. Out in the lumber yard the drivers and loaders are extremely nice and willing to help locate special orders and load materials to help you along your way. Overall, Kingston Lumber BFS is an extremely organized lumber yard, with very helpful staff. The Kitsap Peninsula is extremely lucky to have them!

The main exception was Bill Harrington at Builders FirstSource in Kingston. Bill went out of his way to help me get my projects dialed in and order the right supplies and materials. I’m two years in with multiple home remodels and decks under my belt and I will tell you without a doubt this is my go to spot. I can’t emphasize enough how important it is to have a trusted advisor and Bill Harrington has gone above and beyond numerous times to get me the best prices on my materials and give me outstanding advice on how to approach certain projects. I will drive out on my way and spend slightly more to purchase on builders first source. The funny thing is he often can beat the local pricing or price match and for all of those reasons I really appreciate him. I recommend seeing Bill or his crew at Builders Firstsource in Kingston.
