  Wow, Washington Generators sent tech Jose Jimenez to do the annual maintenance and checkup for my new generator. He is WONDERFUL!!!! NOt only experienced, but professional, efficient and friendly as well. He really went the extra mile for me. THANK YOU for having such a wonderful person on your team.

  Washington Generator stepped in to fix my Kohler install after the first company I hired was unable to get the automatic transfer switch and the generator to communicate. Jose did my trouble shooting and was able to get the problem fixed. He was quick, efficient and very helpful. The office staff also helped out and the company is easy to work with. Thank you for an exceptional job.

  We purchased our generator through Costco with installation and service by WA Generators about two years ago, and we’ve never regretted it. While it doesn’t need to run often, when the power does go out, we’re incredibly grateful to have it. The transition is seamless—it kicks on automatically and gives us immediate peace of mind. We also signed up for the annual maintenance service, and it has been absolutely worth it. The service is thorough, professional, and helps ensure everything stays in top working condition while keeping our warranty intact. They handle all the important maintenance items like oil changes and filter replacements, and I especially appreciate the detailed electronic invoice with photos and notes after each visit—it’s such a great touch. A huge shoutout to the scheduling team as well. They make the entire process effortless, proactively reaching out each year to get us scheduled and making sure we stay on track with warranty requirements. Today’s technicians, Brandon and Zach, were fantastic—professional, knowledgeable, kind, and respectful of our home. They arrived on time and made the whole experience easy and pleasant. I’ve been consistently impressed with the level of professionalism from WA Generators. They exceed my expectations every time, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable generator service.

  Scheduling service for our generator was quick and easy. The technician arrived on time , introduced himself and performed the service required. I’ll be having them out again next year!
