  We had a rebuild of a bathroom and some drywall, referred by quick dry. Parker was our project manager and he radiated the incompetence of someone freshly out of construction management school with no experience actually doing construction. We had multiple trades people make blatant finishing errors that had to be fixed. Ruslan the estimator was super dialled and awesome, but I think he left the company. To their credit, everything was fixed and it looks good now. It just took a long time to come together, and it was frustrating. They did a good job working with my terrible insurance adjuster. It was about 40% more expensive and 40% more frustrating than another company that did the same work for me the next month (apparently I have very leaky toilets).

  Brian and his team did an amazing job restoring our basement post significant water damage. Brian and NW Builder Group performed outstanding and timely work. And, Brian made a stressful situation very smooth with his excellent communication and outstanding customer service!

  Brian Kinsey and NW Builder Group managed post-water damage renovation and pre-sale touch-ups for a rental property. Timing, execution, and quality were important. Living far from the property presented unique challenges. We'd have to find a contractor who would price fairly, work with our insurance company, execute on time, deliver quality, and—perhaps most importantly - overcommunicate so we could feel confident things were getting done "the right way" while we were unable to be present. This is all taking place under the pressure of hustling to prepare the home for sale in time for Spring. I met Brian and his team at the home on January 15 to review the scope of work. My immediate take was that he is timely, focused, seasoned, and reliable. He was prepared for every question, gave thorough responses, and set clear timelines and expectations. He helped us sort out pricing questions, make changes to the scope, and handle last-minute adjustments. As the job progressed, he responded quickly at night, on the weekends, and at a moment's notice. He kept us updated with calls, texts, and photos. His service level and commitment to the job were really high. Despite knowing we were a small customer, Brian treated us in a way that made us feel important and valued. Brian represents the company well and we are thankful to have worked with him and NW Builder Group.

  I am very pleased with my beautiful new kitchen. It had flooded due to improper installation of new dishwasher. This company was recommended by the company that dried out the damage. My homeowners insurance would not cover a whole new kitchen and we couldn’t match the old cabinets. (40 years old) I paid for a whole new kitchen. They worked with me, gave me an exact quote/estimate. They sent me pictures of the cabinets in my budget to choose from. They told me what my budget per square foot was for the flooring and backsplash. They advised me on where to go to shop for these. I sent my picks to them. They sent me pictures of exactly what my kitchen would look like and asked for the ok. The finished kitchen looks exactly like the pictures. It’s beautiful! We had a few hiccups along the way. And they were quick to resolve them. I would recommend this company!
