  Erik and his crew provided a wonderful experience. He came to the condo to assess my needs, he measured every area that was going to be floored, he brought samples with him, and when I needed to see more samples, he met me at his shop so that I could see more. The crew did a fabulous job, and there were no glitches. He was completely honest about costs and the possible need to fill in areas on the concrete floor that were extremely uneven. He sent me photos to show the areas that needed to be filled it. I cannot recommend him highly enough. You will not be sorry if you hire him.

  Super prompt and responsive. They came same-day to give me an estimate and then had it to me in 24hours. Very competitive pricing!! They were flexible and accommodated some of my own scheduling needs. The install team was fantastic! They worked quickly and efficiently- finishing faster then anticipated and did a thorough excellent job- noticed and fixed some subfloor squeaks before putting the wood down. Would definitely recommend.

  I recently hired Hardwood Plus for a full flooring remodel in my 2,000 sq. ft. home, installing a combination of LVP and carpet throughout. I received quotes from 7 different companies I found on Yelp and Google. While their pricing was right in the middle of the range, two things truly set them apart. 1.) My point of contact, Mark, was outstanding. He was extremely responsive and consistently communicated key updates, so I always knew what to expect at every stage of the project. For a remodel of this size, having someone reliable and proactive makes a huge difference in keeping the process smooth and stress-free. 2.) The professionalism of the crew was impressive. The work was completed on schedule, the quality exceeded my expectations, and they left the home clean and organized when they finished. They estimated the project would take three days, which initially seemed ambitious to me, but they delivered exactly as promised. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with both the workmanship and the overall experience. If you’re considering them, go with confidence.

  Very happy with the new carpet and bathroom floor recently installed by Hardwood Plus in my Gig Harbor home. Erik the owner was great to work with and hands on from start to finish. I met with him to initially get estimate and from that point on until the job was complete we remained in contact. I was back in LA when the job was being done and Erik stayed on top of everything throughout the entire project. He really takes pride in the work being done and handled everything in a very professional way. Would definitely use Erik and his team again for future flooring and highly recommend to anyone currently looking now.

  We had a great experience working with Erick at Hardwood Plus for our LVP installation. As a professional interior designer, I have a high standard for detail and finish — and Erick absolutely delivered. The install is clean, precise, and beautifully executed. Transitions are seamless, cuts are tight, and the overall result feels solid and refined. He was punctual, professional, and respectful of our home throughout the process. I would confidently recommend him and would hire him again without hesitation.
