- ATApril ThorntonMar 26, 20241.0Company parked three vehicles on our private rental property without permission with complete disregard for approved vehicle tenants parked to the point they were experiencing difficulty maneuvering in a large space.The area is clearly posted as Private Property; Signage hangs from chainlink fencing along wall in a safety zone that says No Parking Along Wall, Vehicles will be towed. Blatant disregard and disrespect for hard working property owners and tenants along with a major inconvenience. I called and spoke w/Alison explaining the situation and asked that company vehicles be moved - I may as well have been reading from a phone book (yes I am that old). I tried to attach photos to this review but apparently it doesn’t allow for it; there were 3 vehicles on the third day - one Ford F150 4x4; and on the first two days there were two Ford Transit 250 white panel vans; hardly small regardless. No, the vehicles weren’t marked, however, the employees put notes inside on their dashboards visible through the windshields stating they were “First On Site” as though they had special privileges. A nearby condominium manager who actually used “First On Site” also asked them to move, they were NOT working on that condos property either. Why would ANYONE even consider using a company that performs and responds this way.
