These drivers are terrible!! I was in the turn lane over by 222nd street in Kent at 5:05pm on 05/29 and one of your drivers pulled out in-front of my husband and me and he started screaming at us. We were in the turn lane we had right away! Highly unprofessional, calling a complaint in right now to customer service.

Worst experience Ive ever had with a company. Besides service not being good and poor communication, (as I got extra charges for insurance added on after)... The employee STOLE phone, credit cards and 100's of dollars in cash.
I would never make such an accusation if there was any way it wasn't them.
Story: I arrive at 7:10 to return rental from night before. I pay with a credit card that is kept in the phone case/wallet.
My phone was out that had approx. 400 in cash and all personal credit cards, one credit card of which I paid for rental with. I have convo with employee about bill being different than originally told and go through that, I go out to my car to leave and before starting the car or leaving sunbelt rentals, I realize phone with everything in it is not with me.
I go back into front where I scan front counter and tell them I left my phone I stay there for almost 20 minutes asking about it and they say it's no where.
Not having the phone isn't a possibility as not only did I make a call upon arriving, but the very card I used to pay for my rental that is kept in cell case I did not leave with.

Is a deposit required for a reservation?
For customers without a line of credit, Sunbelt Rentals does not require a deposit to rent tools and equipment. However, you will be asked for payment information when you make your reservation. Your credit or debit card will not be charged for the rental period (one ((1)) day minimum) until you pick up the equipment.
For Credit Customers, we will secure a deposit for your reservation. This deposit will be held within your account until the rental equipment is returned and the contract closed. Apply for a credit account here.
If your project is quick and you only need the equipment for a few hours, Sunbelt Rentals does offer a Rapid Return rate. Return the equipment within four (4) hours of the pickup time and we will refund the difference of the Rapid Return rate. Rates will vary based on product. What if I need to keep my equipment longer?
If you need assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can extend the rental for you. When you keep the equipment longer, we will add the additional time and charges to your contract and credit card. Please refer to the rental contract, where the day, week and 4-week rates are shown for each piece of tool and equipment.
Can I return rented equipment at any location?
Typically, equipment should be returned to the same location where you initially rented it. If you need to return it to a different location, please contact the store where you rented the equipment for guidance. It’s advisable to call ahead so we can assist you in finding a convenient alternative location for your return. Your convenience is our priority.
What is the cost for the delivery of equipment to my location?
The delivery charge is calculated based on the category and class of equipment, the location of the rental location, the distance of the project site from the rental location.
Can I get tools and equipment delivered to me?
Yes, Sunbelt Rentals offers convenient delivery options from our extensive network of locations for a reasonable fee. When making a reservation, simply select the delivery option. During the reservation process, you can specify the delivery drop-off date and time, as well as your estimated equipment pickup date. The estimate is for our planning purposes and not a final date.
To initiate our equipment pickup service, you must confirm the end of your rental via the app or by phone. Additionally, if you have specific delivery instructions or prefer a designated contact person for coordination, please include those details when submitting your reservation.
For businesses utilizing a commercial credit account, associated delivery and pickup fees will be reflected in your invoice.
To receive notifications about your delivery, adjust your settings in your account to receive reminders and updates related to your delivery and pickup.
What happens if a tool breaks or quits working while I am renting it?
Sunbelt Rentals inspects and services each piece of equipment prior to each rental and should be in good working order. If you experience problems with the tool while renting it, please go to the specific Equipment Detail page within the reservation to request service. If you need additional assistance, please contact the branch of the equipment rental and they can arrange for next steps or a replacement. If you want to have protection in the event of damage, Sunbelt Rentals offers a Rental Protection Plan (RPP), which can be purchased at the start of your rental.
