  Our Kohler Lux Shower was not installed without a couple of hitches, but in the end Justin, Scott and Michael made sure everything was done to perfection!

  All the people we have dealt with from Renuity from the sales rep, office administration & the installers, have been very good to deal with. On the first day of the installation, they found dry rot under a window that went into the siding of the house. This was outside the perimeters that our contract listed so they informed me that their work would be stopped until I found a contractor to handle the repair. Once I did & had dates when the repair would be done Renuity right away worked me back into their schedule so the walk-in shower install could continue in a timely way. They were concerned for us to have a functioning shower as soon as possible. Good quality material and it looks good plus they stand behind their work.

  We are so pleased with our new shower ! The installing crew were friendly, professional and on time. The appearance of the modern shower is so lovely. We would recommend this company 100% if you want top quality and working with people that know what they are doing. If we had questions, Heidi was always available to answer us and assist in any way she could. Excellent, top rated company! 5 stars all the way...

  Love Kohler products. Had tub to shower conversation done and it's beautiful! The bummer 😕 part is miscommunication between sales and customer than sales and install crew. Make sure sales isn't promising what they can't deliver. Sales promised me outside scarring on wall would be repaired. Sales told me they don't do outside scarring. So the boss, Joel was on phone arguing with someone 🙄 he was always on his phone as crew worked. He even sat on the toilet, sat in my personal bathroom on the toilet or was in his truck on his phone. He wrote 9 hours for final work day but was only on-site about 7hours. Crew left cuttings in driveway and we're tracked to my porch. Michael Hassellisse, never returned my final call re: interest charged before payment due date. We paid $26,000.00 and we're charged interest of $30.00. This was discussed with Catheryine at Service Finance. In addition, our welcome letter had a discrepancy in the date, Catherine or Michael Hassellisse could not comment why... Sloppy business antics.
