- TRTom R2 days ago5.0These people are for real! They did everything right on schedule ( rain one day) and were very professional. Everything was put back in the correct spots and the only way you knew they were here is the new color on the house.

Their prices were fair, they completed the jobs on time, communicating clearly about when they would be coming to work, and getting the work done without leaving any mess behind. On one job I noticed something hadn't been completed in a manner that met my expectations (and to be clear, it was a challenging task). When I contacted them about my concern, they were quick to send someone to see what the issue was and to make sure they understood my concern. They corrected the problem quickly and to my complete satisfaction. No push back, no arguing, just an attitude of "we want to make sure you are satisfied with our work." I am a very satisfied customer.

- DDDANMar 11, 20261.0Paint job was ok but there was some damage that they finally fixed. Took three months. Communication within Smile a mile was really bad. Nobody took responsibility for seeing problems were following up on and corrected. As an example crew would show up to fix problems but had no idea of what they were supposed to do. They had to ask us what needed to be done. This is after the agent took pictures and notes on what needed to be corrected. Calls were not returned. We had to continuously follow up to get things done. This is because nobody at smile a mile took responsibility to see the job got done. Yes, three frustrating months later the repairs were complete.
