In addition to getting our HVAC system issue resolved Carter programmed our thermostat AND got my thermostat app up and running again. He went above and beyond. I also appreciated the fair pricing and honesty—no unnecessary upselling. I would absolutely recommend Jacobs and Rhodes to anyone needing HVAC repair or maintenance, if you can request a technician ask for Carter.

Brenda came out today and did a service on our furnace and she took her time and gave us great advice on how to keep things in a better condition. Brenda really seemed to know her stuff and taught us things about maintaining our system. We plan to sign up again for J & R’s years maintenance plan!
