I rented a trailer from them and was unable to use it because the tread was completely gone from one of the tires after driving 330 miles to our location. I had to pay to replace the tire, which was 10 years old. They completely refuse to refund me for the tire because I signed their contract stating that if I drive over 50 miles, I'm responsible for anything that goes wrong. I think the fact that their tire was 10 years old should trump their contract. My bad for trusting them to provide equipment that is in safe working order.

I rented a dump trailer from them. while dumping the back door malfunctioned and closed resulting in damage to the hinges. Even though it wasn't my fault, it was their equipment, I offered to pay half of the charges for repair.the man in charge at sun rentals in Kennewick is SHANE. As SHANE laughed at my offer, he said there was nothing he could do to help and proceeded to charge my credit card for over $600. Remember, this was to weld a hinge, I would hate to see the charge if an engine malfunctioned and he stuck someone with that bill! Just be careful if you have to deal with SHANE at sun rentals. With so many other places to rent from, I would go elsewhere! JOSH
