  We had an electrical issue at our building in Hoquiam and it was somewhat urgent. My tenant contacted Actionaire and they came out to take care of the problem. I really appreciated how professional and confident they were in their work. The issue was diagnosed and fixed, and they made sure everything was safe before finishing the job. What impressed me the most was the invoice they provided. It was very detailed and clearly explained what work had been done. They even included photos of the work, which helped me understand exactly what was repaired and why. Seeing that level of detail gave me confidence that the work was done properly. They were also very considerate and accommodating with the situation since my tenant initially coordinated the service. Communication was clear and the whole process was handled very professionally. I truly appreciate how cleanly and responsibly they handled the work. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone who needs reliable service.

  The technician was very professional and polite. He fixed my pilot light and instructed me on how to prevent it happening again. He didn't have to do that, but I was very pleased to know how to help prevent further costs to me. Thank you for your service to me.

  What can I say about Action Aire? Really great people that work there 100% recommend they will always be the people I call for heat pump repair repairs
