  I had an excellent experience working with Kelley Home Services on a major home remodel. The scope was large, including complete remodel of kitchen and two bathrooms, upgraded new electrical system, all new windows and skylights, and all new interior flooring and paint. I selected KHS because I was going to be out of town for the duration of the remodel, so I needed to have a high level of trust and excellent communication. The initial quote was not the lowest, but it was all inclusive, so I felt confident that the estimate was credible. I spoke with other contractors, but ultimately selected KHS because they were able to articulate reasonable design ideas that aligned with my goals for the project. I received weekly status reports which were extremely detailed, as well as daily pictures which chronicled the progress. Ultimately, the project was completed on time and within budget based on the original project scope. There were some change orders which were entirely outside of KHS's control, and they incorporated them seamlessly within the project timeline. Overall, this was a very positive experience. We are very pleased with the results, and I wouldn't call anyone else if I ever need additional work done.

  Please, let me tell you that without Pat and his family of employees, I would not be back in my home today. My situation was dire to say the least, and Kelley Home Services went the extra long mile for me. Brit was the first from several contractors that I had contacted who actually listened to me and what I wanted and understood my situation. I know that I was fitted into their schedules and it was okay. The generosity that Pat had afforded me was a gift from God. They worked with my budget, did a wonderful job, and allowed me to come back home. My home feels safer, functional, and more secure than it did before . I don't know how I can thank you enough. I will refer anyone I come across who has a building plan or issue to Kelley Home Services. I am so grateful to you for giving my life back to me. Thank you so much.

  Repairing a job that was done 4 years ago. What a hack job...a door installed....where the trimmer leg is terminated onto the floor plywood. Not the plate,. And same trimmer was cut for no reason...then screwed back together. Needless to say, that the weight and pressure ruined the floor decking...now that floor and wall section must be replaced. Because it was done incorrectly in the first place by this hack. Taking money and half assing the work. Don't hire these hacks

  I needed a repair to a section of outside wall that had serious water and rot damage hidden by siding. The repairs proceeded quickly and were all wrapped up in about a week. I was very happy to get this done before the rainy season hit. Very professional and great communication.
