We’ve all heard nightmare stories about any and all of the above. I moved forward with trepidation. Two months later, I enjoy a fabulous 1400 sq ft deck built to perfection with quality craftsmanship and quality materials. Builders First Source worked carefully with my contractor to ensure that the needed materials order was accurate. Terrance was on site a number of times. When all was said and done, very few materials were left over. Couple this with stellar craftsmanship and professionalism from my contractor and his crew resulted in a fabulous finished project: on time and under budget! Yes! You read that correctly! My interactions with any of the staff at Builders First Source were always professional and friendly. Their attention to detail and customer service enhanced this experience beyond measure. This was, without question, a team effort. I am so grateful to the crew at Builders First Source as well as the crew at Lasting Image Construction. My first rodeo at remodel and construction was a screaming success. Can’t say enough good things about these guys. Any future project proposals will have to include Builders First Source or I won’t move forward with the project. Very happy customer here.
