- JBJason BNov 6, 20231.0Was send the wrong lift after I explained the scenario. No problem they fixed it and sent out an exhanged the next day. Great until they tried to charge me for both lifts for a week. Stating, I reserved the first one online and the second one was because of my mistake. Before I confirmed I walked through the entire scenario with Jonathan. When he sent the wrong lift the first time. Then tried to back pedal after I refused the charge for the second lift.
