I only gave it one star because there wasn't anything lower. Before I complain I would like to compliment Tiffany and Johanna for there great effort to assist me. Unfortunately neither of them were the ones that should have contacted me. Small wood fence with only seven panels, four of which were not level. After I complained they sent someone out to fix it but still no one contacted me. I notice the fence was not in a straight line and complained again, still no contact. They have supposedly sent two different people out to look at what can be done to fix the problem but still no one has contacted me. This has been going on since June 30 th and I still haven't be contacted from anyone of authority who can answer my questions. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I am rating this business 1 star due to the kindness of the office staff, and the fact that they did eventually answer my calls and emails. Apparently the lack of communication, is a characteristic of these types of businesses in Bellingham. I would NOT recommend this business to neighbors or family and friends. In fact, I now reccomend to people to just do their own work. The experience was, we asked a for a fence to be built in a specific manner, and then we were ignored. I walked the area where we wanted to fence. Describing how we wanted to be and the purpose of the fence. Then when they Finally got the ball rolling, the fence was Not built as we asked for. The way the fence was put in did not serve the purpose it was intended for At All. It wasn't until the end, when the foreman finally walked the job with us to address the concerns we had. The issues were patched up at additional cost to us. It was only after emails and phone calls and me personally stopping into there office to get a response to my emails and calls. That the foreman walked the fence with us to discuss the situation. The conversation and them fixing their mistakes, cost us another $1200, on top of the 25k for 250+ft of welded wire and T post. So to summarize the whole experience. I had to constantly chase them and just show up like ex-girlfriends of Christmas past to get the job started. Then give them a down payment for a home to end up with the most basic bare minimum of fencing available. I did learn that there is a need in this area for a reputable contractor. I reached out to other fence companies and did not get any response back. This is the only company that answers their phones. I am so disappointed and have shared this experience with every single person I know, even strangers who are new to the area. I do not believe that companies should be allowed to treat the customer with little to no service, at the highest cost possible. If we had not had an urgent need for the fencing we would have done the job ourselves and will be in the future for other parts of the property. Save your self a ton of money and the hassle of chasing them and just put in your own fencing. Lowe's and Home depot have discounts for large orders of materials. The material cost for the job done, at retail cost, is about 12-15k, with taxes.
