- RARyan Aquinotoday5.0We just purchased our home and needed both furnace and AC servicing. We called Home Comfort Alliance (previously GS Heating) since they installed the AC unit for the previous owner a couple of years ago. We were able to get an appointment that worked for our schedule in just a few days. The technician, Anton was great. He was on time, courteous and very knowledgeable. He mentioned that our systems were still running great and he didn’t try to push us for a new system. Anton even took the time to explain our (new to us) Honeywell thermostat and how best to set it for our home. We also appreciated HCA’s prompt communication for the appointment confirmation, technician arrival and invoicing. We had a very positive experience and will continue to use Home Comfort for our maintenance needs.

- MBMichial BrownApr 16, 20261.0The installer never installed our carrier heat pump before. It was his first time. Nobody was with him. It took him hours longer than normal and he was frustrated. . He was on personal calls while installing. He didn’t set the thermostat. He left the house and the thermostat was supposed to use the heat pump above 35 and furnace below but it’s 66 and the gas furnace is on. The heat pump isn’t. They quoted the wrong prices for a thermostat and then they sent out the wrong thermostat. Unorganized and unprofessional.
- DPDean PetersonApr 12, 20261.0This place is your typical big company rip off. I would never recommend them to anyone I know. They came out here, told me what I already knew and charged me $220. They charge $300 plus per hour. Rip off! They wanted almost $1100 just to put some dye in my heat pump and 2 pounds of 410A Freon. I was told that they charge by the flat rate. I called another company and they came out and did the same job for $400.
