- ALAndrew Larson1 day ago1.0Home comfort alliance came out to diagnose and fix our furnace. They charged a fee just for coming out, which I kind of understand, but then there was an additional diagnosing fee on top of that. Within 15 minutes, our technician diagnosed our problem and ordered a part. We then waited three days to get that part and have our furnace repaired. Within a 2 days, our furnace was broken again. He came back A day later. After spending 4+ hours looking at it this time, he determined that actually two other components were broken. This brought our repair total up to enough where we needed to consider getting a new furnace. Had HCA done a proper job assessing our furnace the first time, we might not have wasted 1000+ dollars on a part that would not be used. I will not use home comfort alliance again for maintenance.

Todd came out and evaluated our systems. He told us what kind of systems we have and their typical service life; AND that they were within that service life and would just need regular service for several more years. (We had been told by another company the systems should be replaced for a large cost.) Todd and Home Comfort gained another customer today due to their honesty. Thank you to Costco also.

I give you all 10/10. System and Furnace itself- will give a complete review after a year. For now though...furnace looks sturdy and solid. A lot quieter than the one we had before
