  I have been working with Amy for about 4 years, and have done 5+ projects with her. She is extremely knowledgeable about flooring, and has awesome taste. She also has great contacts for contractors if you are looking for someone else to do the installation. Come with an idea and leave with a master plan. The last project was remodeling the bathroom. I couldn't be more happy with the outcome - turned out amazing.

  We can’t say enough great things about completely Floored and especially Amy! Working with her on our custom home build was such a positive experience. Her expertise, patience and eye for design were crucial in helping guide us through a multitude of design choices! One of the most challenging parts of the project was designing all the flooring and finishes for the bathrooms. Each turned out unique yet still beautifully cohesive. That balance takes real talent & Amy nailed it. She went above and beyond, was flexible with our timeline & brought such positivity and professionalism to the entire experience. We truly couldn’t have done it without her along with Sandee, Terri , Amanda and the entire Completely Floored team! A 5 star rating? Completely floored gets 10!

  If I could give 10 stars if I would....Blakely, Ben and Terri hands down are the best. Communication, follow ups, billing, customer satisfaction. They always take amazing care of everyone of my customers going above and beyond to make sure they are getting the best quality floors with excellent service.....Keep up the amazing Job!!!

  We went back and forth with this company trying to find the right flooring color. After finally making our selection, we waited about two weeks and were told they would call us when it arrived — but they never did. We had to keep following up ourselves, and when I finally called, they said it was ready for pickup. We pulled up all of our tile and got everything prepped for installation, only for them to call back and say the order was the wrong color. The representative said this “hasn’t happened in 15 years,” but that’s not an excuse. Why not check the order before contacting customers? And why not call when the shipment actually arrived? The whole situation was very unprofessional and caused unnecessary delay and frustration.
