  We went back and forth with this company trying to find the right flooring color. After finally making our selection, we waited about two weeks and were told they would call us when it arrived — but they never did. We had to keep following up ourselves, and when I finally called, they said it was ready for pickup. We pulled up all of our tile and got everything prepped for installation, only for them to call back and say the order was the wrong color. The representative said this “hasn’t happened in 15 years,” but that’s not an excuse. Why not check the order before contacting customers? And why not call when the shipment actually arrived? The whole situation was very unprofessional and caused unnecessary delay and frustration.

  Everything that was done by this company we have problems with. We have emailed and left messages with no response. I don’t know if it was the installers used at the time but the fact we can’t get a call back about our dissatisfaction is upsetting. They were who our builder used for many of our finishes. The products are fine it is the installation we have problems with. All our carpet is buckled, the shower pan has grout in it, not everything is caulked, our transition strips are lifted and linoleum is cut. We called and left three messages and never got a call back. We are going to have to replace all of our carpet after three years but started reaching out two years ago to discuss our issues. Not responsive.

  I'm a general manager and repair technician at everything RV in lake Stevens,Washington. Recently I am finishing up a tire blowout repair and On a travel trailer And I needed a piece of flooring, I didn't need a huge In fact it was only a one foot by one foot piece that I needed to complete my job I brought my sample in and I met a Raymon Garcia, And he was extremely pleasant and helpful and he ended up helping me out with my situation I highly recommend completely floored please see Raymond Garcia for any of your needs and he will take care of you

  Did not have a great experience with this place! They contract out their installation work, and when the installers showed up they didn't have the correct number of rooms to install the carpet in. Then I called the completely floored sales rep who then admitted that he and I had the same number of rooms per the initial quote and then called and corrected the installer (who never called me back) throughout this miscommunication. Then after I shared my disappointment over the frustrating situation that my husband and I had to go through, the completely floored rep acted like he did me a favor by getting all the rooms installed. Basically as to say "look were making it work and your getting all the right rooms completed" He took no ownership and shared no apology for the situation! Even though he agreed that the initial quote had the right number!
