- NSN SangerSep 23, 20191.0I would give zero star if i could . Dishonest company and incompetent plumber (Trevor) . Called on Sunday to repair water main leak . Charged $199 service fee ,no big deal it was the weekend . I was at work , plumber showed up on time , couldn't tell where the water was coming from .He shut off water at the meter ,water still kept flowing , didn't wait for the leak to stop ,stayed on the site for less than 10 minutes . After one hour i called Apollo plumbing and the answer i got was that there is hundreds of gallons of water (really?) that need to drain . After three hours the water did not stop so i called the city . They came after few hours and said it has nothing to do with my property and their water pipe burst underground and they fixed it . They also said that a plumber can tell just by looking at it what is going on especially if the water is flowing after shutting the meter . They also informed me that its the plumbing company responsibility to notify city . I showed them all the conversation between me and Apollo plumbing and the estimate they sent me for $2460 for fixing my pipe(which was"nt broken ) .City people were not happy with Apollo cause now they are liable for thousands of dollars of repairs and restitution , which could have been less ,has the plumbing company was truthful. I will also be handing over the fraudulent estimate that was sent to me . So STAY AWAY .
