  I had a terrible experience with Cabinets To Go at their Everett, WA location (6020 Evergreen Way). From the start, the customer service was disorganized and unhelpful. I was promised a delivery date that came and went multiple times with no clear communication or updates. When the cabinets finally arrived, several pieces were either damaged or missing entirely. Trying to get replacements was a nightmare—calls went unanswered, and when I did reach someone, I was passed around without resolution. The quality of the cabinets is also disappointing for the price: flimsy materials, poorly aligned doors, and a finish that started chipping within weeks. I regret trusting this company for my kitchen remodel. Save yourself the stress and go with a more reliable supplier. I do not recommend this company so bad quality I will share this company on my social media too very bad company and service no one believe this company 👎👎👎👎👎

  Kevin has been wonderful to work with. The process has been so quick and easy. The cabinets they offer are beautiful. I can't wait for my new kitchen! Update: our kitchen is complete and we could not be happier! The entire process was smooth and easy. From the design with Kevin to install with Tavis, everything went great! The countertop install process was a breeze as well. I finally have my dream kitchen!

  40 + calls over 2-3 weeks and they never answer the phone. The “owner “ replies to the negative reviews to “help” but doesn’t answer the email you send her. We have been waiting 1.5 weeks to hear back from Gloria, the “owner “. They are literally screening our calls because they don’t want to deal with us/don’t have answers. In the meantime we are still waiting on a guess of when to expect the replacement cabinet that we paid for 3+ weeks ago and is now over 2 months delayed. They still haven’t spoken to the fact that they sold us used cabinets that they are trying to pass off as new, and the sales lady changed our order without telling us. Don’t give this company your business. I’m ready to start consulting attorneys.
