  My hot water tank burst at 6am I called Apollo spoke to a lady called Mindy super friendly and helpful everyone else has AI bots talking to me this was a human don’t ever change this it made me choose your business. They sent out Chris S such a great friendly guy! Replaced my tank and hauled away my old one very quickly! The speed of his arrival was perfect! They were very honest and upfront with pricing where the other companies I called were like a pack of wolfs! Highly recommend this business and if you get Chris S he is awesome!!! Thank you for saving the day! I have hot water again!!!

  Our family had a sudden water heater failure at 8 in the morning, and they had a plumber out by 9 to fix it. Nolan was our plumber, he was very respectful and got the job done within a couple hours. Emergency pricing was a tad high, but for what we needed it was worth it. Would recommend Apollo to others

  Quite disappointed with the pricing. They charge $1800.00 for the same piece of hardware I got from Amazon for $89.00. Gave me a long song and dance about their "warranty" -- which is only for the device, nothing for their workmanship. Essentially, if you don't buy their hardware, ridiculously overpriced as it is, they can do a terrible job of the installation and blame it on "the hardware." Boiled down to "give us an extra $2000.00 for the privilege of giving you hardware or we will make sure you regret it by doing a terrible job of installation." AVOID.

  Great experience with these guys! They were super responsive, had great communication throughout the whole process, and most importantly they fixed our clog (which turned out to be a RAT that had crawled up through the sewer and got itself stuck!) Devin and Jordan did great work. Would highly recommend!

  Very professional and easy to work with. He came out to help diagnose an issue with my hot water heater, quickly narrowed down the likely cause, and explained what to check next in a clear way. He was upfront about pricing options and walked me through a couple repair/replacement thoughts without any pressure. Honest, knowledgeable, and efficient — I’d recommend and would hire again.
