We met with Dennis, who carefully calculated loads and discussed options with us. The 24KW unit will meet our needs here perfectly. Due to lots of backlog in their installation work, the crew of three was finally scheduled to be here yesterday. They arrived on time and got all the wiring and installation done in one day. We are so happy with their expertise and friendly attitudes, not to mention great work ethic. We have opted in on the maintenance service agreement and 7-year parts and labor warranty. Have been wanting to do this for a very long time, so we are extremely pleased to say we’re now confident with electrical power when those inevitable outages occur. Darwin, Daniel and Mike worked as a perfect team, and Chelsea in the office has been a great communicator throughout. I’m sure Dennis is proud of all of them. Everything was clearly explained at the completion of their work. I recorded video of the instructions and will upload to Youtube for our future reference. Highly recommend Wray Electric.
