  Website misleading as we went there at 405pm and they were closed...updating site would only take a minute guys... will need to come back

  Bait and switch. Estimate creep... what comes to mind when I reflect on our experience. I was recently reminded of our experience as friends of ours are presently going through the same type of situation with the “work” being done by “Reliable” Floor at their business. Once again they are not owning their part in egregious miscalculations which have lead to their business being disrupted as a result. Not to mention, workers not showing up when they say they are, not having expertise in the task they are being asked to get done. We had hard wood floors put in our basement. Actual cost went way over! Kevin, the owner will come and talk with you and make you feel good for a bit, until you realize what you spent in the end and they didn’t take ownership as the experts. Lastly, this is one of my first posts, and I hate having to write this about a local business which I would like to support, however having heard that our situation is not isolated, I was compelled to post.
