  Absolutely horrible experience!! Expect Marin to put high pressure on you to sign his contract saying that he'll be with you every step of the way and saying he'll make sure you get the money needed from your insurance company which is a LIE. He will charge you much more than insurance will ever approve and you can expect to get a lien on your home putting you at risk of foreclosure. Do not hire them unless you are looking to live your worst nightmare for the next year!!

  I had a great experience with American Water Damage Restoration. They responded quickly, were professional and easy to work with, and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. my place looks like nothing ever happened. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone needing help.

  Marin, Chip, Andrea and the rest of the team were great at communicating and starting work quickly after a leak was discovered in our kitchen. While insurance was a nightmare, the AWDR team did their best to guide us and provide all necessary documentation no matter how many times it was requested.
