The inspector said the system was working fine when he was onsite. 2 weeks later I got a quote to replace the system. When I called and asked why I got a quote to replace the system when the report came back as good. The person I spoke with (the owner) was very combative. The owner would not let me finish asking questions, she would interrupt me and told me the system was not working. When I asked why the inspection report said it was she hung-up on me. While the onsite inspector was very good, the owner was super unprofessional. If you are looking for a good pump/filtration company I would look elsewhere.
