- DHDesanee HughesAug 21, 20251.02 years ago we had set a time to install risers and when I texted to asked when they would be here they didn’t reply for 6 hours just to tell me they couldn’t make it that day. Blew it off and today we had scheduled an 8am appt and they did show. Texted them to ask when they would be here and didn’t get a call until 10 am to be told they didn’t write it in the books but could have someone out around 12. We said that is fine and it is now almost 2 and they haven’t replied for my request for a ETA in 40 minutes. They showed up at 1:45.
