Employee labor, restrictions, mandates and their efforts to continue providing customer service. I have been a customer of Fogle pump for 33 years. And now I still receive prompt, professional attention to my needs as always. It saddens me that a patron delves into social media upon the first perception of delayed service. And by the way, I was the customer that spent many thousand dollars with Fogles, and was receiving additional service with “Gerry” the rude counter person. While a lady declined service from the other sales person. What a shame.

Despite how nerve racking this process can be, our drill crew was awesome. Austin communicated our progress and gave me an estimate along the way which prompted us to drill further with success at 360 and a great 10gpm well. It’s a gamble, but these guys have the most streamlined outfit in the region. Exceeded my expectations and cost came in fair, if a little high. They just completed our pump system as well and we could not be happier. If you can be patient, these guys will not let you down. Shout out to Greg and his team for the excellent work.
