  We have been working with Water Doctor for 20+ years and always had great service. A couple years ago, they suggested replacing our filtering system but it was quoted out to be 10-15K depending on which option we chose. We stalled for a couple years due to the cost and finally got another quote which came in a couple thousand less. Eventually, we decided to go with Water Doctor in spite of the higher cost as their service has always been terrific. From the business office, to the repair team, the owner to the service technicians, everyone treats us kindly, with respect, are prompt and timely with their appointments. Another important factor is that I noticed over the past year or so, my silvery locks had become frizzy and brittle. I thought it was my old age or perhaps I needed to change the products I used. After about 6 weeks on our new system, my hair has returned to its soft, shiny silver and I'm back to receiving compliments on my locks again. Thank you to everyone at Water Doctor

  Dr. Water technicians are very responsible, friendly and professional. I will definitely reach out to them again if I ever need any plumbing service in the future.

  I was very unsure about the affordability for my new water system. The gentleman who came out Walter was very thorough and I appreciated the wisdom. I decided to go forward with this. Tristan came out and installed my water system and did a very good job a week later I had to have him back out because I thought something was wrong with The part that holds the salt he came out and there was nothing wrong, but he still went ahead and checked everything thoroughly with a smile and replaced a little part just in case really it was just to make me feel better. I thoroughly 100% can say they have a great water system. My girls and I are so happy we see 100% difference taste 100% difference already very thankful great job Tristan.

  Let me put my review in perspective. I have lived in my house here for over 40 years, the well water has always been horrible, hard and high in iron. Over the years, I have had 6 different water systems installed. All turned out disappointing to useless, both in the system itself and the servicing of them. Then a few years back I had Water Doctor install a system. I am not exaggerating- this is the most pristine water I have had in all the years I have lived here and the service from Water Doctor is second to none. Both on the phone and in person at my pump house, Water Doctor knows me personally, and seriously- make me feel I am the only client they have. I have a long history of water systems experience to say, “If you have any issues with your water, Call Water Doctor, it will be the best call you make.” And a personal -Thank You- to Chris Hackett for above and beyond service.

  Water Doctor has been amazing through the whole process of getting our custom water treatment system installed and keeping it running smoothly. They go above and beyond to make sure we are taken care of. Would highly recommend them!!
