  Many thanks to Joe and the crew. I have used this company on a few occasions now, big and small jobs, and they always deliver. It is easy to get on the schedule, and when the electricians show up they are on time, always pleasant, efficient, prepared for the job and I've never had a problem with any of their work. Other companies-- not so much.

  I have always used Travers, and loved the employees. Recently, I had a job which required placing 2 dome lights in my entry way. My electrician, Nathaniel, was not pleased that I had the correct braces or ordered my lights on Amazon. He needed to make 2 trips into town to get the appropriate equipment to hang these lights. He had such a bad attitude about this, plus told me to never order lights online. Apparently, the screws needed to be changed and the lights were more challenging . I really felt uncomfortable, since he informed me that buying light fixtures online is not a good idea. I really felt uncomfortable since he needed to make 2 trips to town to get the correct connections, which they charged me for. He really made me feel uncomfortable, just because I ordered my light fixtures from Amazon and didn't have the right set up...which is something I didn't know. They charged me alot!!! I understand, but don't appreciate the attitude, he was not cordial, seemed very inconvenienced for this job. Yes, it was Friday and you had to work a little harder than expected, but be professional and do the job without making the customer feeling horrible.

  Fantastic honest customer service! Our technician was on time, very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. Luckly, it was just a breaker not a whole system failure like I thought:)

  I used their service a few months ago. They did not communicate at all what they were doing or how long it would take, they did not show up on time, and the wiring they did was not up to code and had to be redone. On top of that, they left a huge mess and left some wires exposed.
