  Jason came to my house to provide a quote for a new HVAC system. He listened to my desired outcome and understood my budget. No pressure, no gimmicks, just an honest quote. He is the reason I chose CSM over the competition. The installation was scheduled quickly and the installers arrived on time. They worked quickly and efficiently and by that afternoon my new system was up and running. CSM took care of all the PSE rebate paperwork, registered my new system warranty and the necessary permits.   Our 25-year-old original heat pump was on its last legs. I got bids from two large, as I call them big box store companies, one through Costco. Both were very good in their presentation and I thought good prices. My last bid came through a local company in Tumwater, CSM Heating and Cooling. We delt with Seth and was easy and straight forward. Hands down and the other two Havoc companies couldn't touch the TRANE system that CSM provided. The techs, electrician and office staff were all great. Showed up right on time and worked all day to get the new system in. There was a small glitch that turned out to be a problem in our old thermostat wiring, and the guys found the problem and took care of it. I wish all my projects in life could go this easy.   I had CSM come to service my 1980s gas furnace because I heard a whirring noise. I was so grateful they sent Matt DeJesus to do the servicing. For such a young guy he was incredibly knowledgeable, even about my decades-old furnace. He disassembled, cleaned, examined, tested, and adjusted all the components and made sure that I had all my questions answered. I had them install a minisplit years ago and am very glad I had them do this servicing. Thanks, Matt!
