  During the freeze in February my furnace went out. Advanced was quick to respond. Nobody else would. It was a part that had to be ordered. An hour later, another tech called and said he had that part on his truck. He immediately came over and repaired the furnace. He lives near us and his day was over. We only got charged for one service call. They were super quick, very efficient, very kind and they worked with me on the bill. Can't say enough good about them.

  I called first thing on a Monday morning checking availability to look at my system. They were able to schedule someone later the same day unlike another company that was four days out. The technician, John, was very informative and proficient. He also took the time to answer and and all questions I had. A very prompt and timely return visit once parts had arrived. An unexpected hiccup occurred which was not expected. John worked through and resolved the issue. All the while providing routine updates without having to ask. Thank you Advanced Energy and make sure to request John to perform your service if possible!! Very pleased customer!

  Advanced Energy was fantastic! They rearranged their schedule to get someone out to us the same day, which we appreciated so much! Tony was professional, knowledgeable, and found the issue quickly. While the full repair couldn’t be completed today, he was able to fix the furnace so we have heat in the meantime. He explained everything clearly and made sure we were taken care of before leaving. Excellent service and great communication — highly recommend Advanced Energy!

  I had the Advanced Energy Systems Inc. guys come check out my heat pump, which had stopped working. They replaced a blown capacitor, but unfortunately, that was not the problem. The compressor was shot. I met them at their shop, and they explained to us some options for replacement. We ordered a new Trane heat pump and gas furnace. The furnace had to be replaced too, since it was not compatible with the new pump. Yikes! They were honest and up front about this replacement heating/cooling system. They ordered the parts, and when they arrived, the guys showed up when they said they would and went to work. They were thorough, answered all my questions throughout the installation, and cleaned everything up when they were finished. Finally, they took the time to explain the operation of the new computerized thermostat, which I thought would be confusing. AES is professional, and I would recommend them for any HVAC concerns.
