- JLJ-Wat LishApr 3, 20265.0Called the other day to have an overhead door to my shop adjusted and was told they'd try to get out the next day or over the next couple of days which was fine with me. I was contacted by an employee the next couple of mornings so I knew they hadn't forgot and were still trying to fit me in. They came out and fixed the issue I wanted fixed and made a slight adjustment to the opener because the door wasn't opening quite enough and was closing a little hard. Employee, sorry I don't remember his name, was a good guy and did good work. So, good communication, reasonable rate, good work, friendly employee. I'll use them again if I need future overhead door service. Jason Onalaska

It was about 1’ long and needed for both door installs. Probably did take several minutes to cut and install but not the hour he claimed. Damon said it would be $100. When I got the bill it was $120. Small difference, but irritating along with general grumpy attitude throughout the entire process. I asked for quotes on automatic door openers. He did say it would be about $1500 for each of the two doors. But he said he didn’t want to bother about the two roll-up doors previously installed. Got friendly and helpful quotes from other companies. Their work is good, but the attitude is not friendly. Not calling him back for any future work.
