They responded quickly and we set a time that worked for both of us. They showed up on time. They inspected my attic space and gave me an estimate.. they also told me about a huge rebate that I could receive from my gas company. On the day they came to blow in my insulation again they showed up on time. They were have some problems with the blower machine and the Forman informed me that he did not like the way the blower was laying in the insulation. He told me that they need to stop and go rent a new blower. They returned an hour later to finish the job and he still was not happy with the rented machine. I informed me that they could not finish and would come back in the morning with a new machine. They did return and did a great job. I was very impressed by the professionalism their installers possessed. I would highly recommend them to all my neighbors.
