- LFLisa FenleyMay 26, 20251.0My parents had good things to say so I tried it and a month later no measurements done. Was sent home with a sample and it worked and said let’s go with it. Rose checked to see if it was in stock and it wasn’t another week wasted. She was going to call me back this week and now I am a month into it and nothing. Went to the competitor good prices carpet measured in 2 days and ordered she be installed before ever getting a call back. Terrible customer service!!!!

However, I gave them 2 stars because of the contractor they gave me to do the job. He had to come out on 3 separate occasions due to not properly finishing the job. He was very difficult to get a hold of. His quality of workmanship was poor and reflected on my floor. The trim he chose appears cheap. He left part of the trim cracked and the wood glue he used didnt hold and fell off within a few weeks. I was tired of dealing with him and not willing to have him come back a 4th time. I just noticed today that after having this done less than 8 months ago I have a gap separating my flooring from the stair nosing. If they try and pair you with Tony, kindly pass.
