  This review is for Strait Floors, Bremerton. Dave was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Professional and reasonable, Dave helped us with the work schedule and bathroom floor selection. Ken is a masterful craftsman, he did an excellent job in a timely manner. He kept the work area clean and organized.

  They gave us the wrong color of laminate and they tried to blame us right of the bat. Instead of seeing what happened first. The person that placed the order was not the person that I ordered with to add to that the I went to see what went wrong that person was not the person who actually place the order. But he felt like it some how was his place to blindly point fingers. What an embarrassment to the company. All kinds of jacked up. I talk to the owner. What he had to say was that he would compensate us $300. On a thousands of dollar job when it was clearly their mistake and they did not have decency to at least finish the job that they jacked up and finish by placing the small missing pieces by the trim. Disappointing all around by everybody but especially the owner. Would not risk it with them.

  Not the friendliest group for a local small business, must not need new customers. Called this morning asking if they carried a brand and all I got was a “no, we don’t” click. Sounded like I just woke up whoever answered. Only reason I called this place was the flooring brand listed them as a retailer for their product. I wouldn’t buy from them if they carried it based on the 20 second phone call I had, good first impression!
