  This review is for Strait Floors, Bremerton. Dave was very helpful and responsive to our needs. Professional and reasonable, Dave helped us with the work schedule and bathroom floor selection. Ken is a masterful craftsman, he did an excellent job in a timely manner. He kept the work area clean and organized.

  Ames installed flooring for us in 2020, everything looked great. April of this year pieces of our flooring are coming up in 2 places. The guy who came out to install looked at it, said he would be in touch and thats its! I've since called called Ames 3 different times and I get a runaround of "we will call back, oh I'm so sorry". Quick to sell product but wont come out and fix their mistakes. Love holding my 2 year old floor together with tape.

  I've had the chance to work with the Owner Matt Ames and his wife over the last month and 1/2 and I have to say, being a business owner myself I'm very impressed by the operations of this location. The extreme details put into the customer experience and the showroom is VERY impressive. Even if you're not in the need for flooring, cabinets, counter tops or other interior needs I still suggest stopping in and visiting their showroom!!!
