  Brian Davison has been serving our heating/AC needs for about 25 years and we've been extremely happy with that service. Where Brian really excels is service after the initial sale. He's always there when we have a problem. For example, we had an issue with our heat pump systems, and the manufacturer really dragged their feet on getting the in-warranty repairs done. Brian stuck with it, advocating with the manufacturer on our behalf until they made good on their warranty obligations. Brian gets the job done.

  Our AC started blowing warm air on Friday night (07/30/2021). We had been told by a local HVAC company a couple of years ago that our system was failing and needed replacing. We decided to use it until it failed before replacing. We assumed that the time had come and were expecting the worst when we started calling around for someone to do the job. Most places are swamped right now due to the summer heat and the earliest they could get here to just look at it was a week away. I spoke with Brian Monday morning at 9:30. He was here by 11:00. Our AC was blowing cold air again by 11:20. It was just a faulty capacitor. We're very happy with the speed, price and quality of the service we received. When the time comes for replacement, we'll be calling again. Thanks again Brian!

  A few years ago we were out of area during the winter, with pets at home. You guessed it, the furnace stopped working while gone (you gotta love HVAC phone apps!). Brian came to our rescue in a pinch at a reasonable cost, and has been doing well checks on our primary and rental HVAC systems ever since. Other reviewers mentioned he doesn't try to sell you on things you don't need, and I agree, as customers really appreciate. Economy is definitely our go to for HVAC.

  One day before a big party on a hot day, our A/C stopped working. I called Brian at Economy Air Systems because his sticker was on the furnace, which he had installed three years prior, and because of his five star rating on Google. He showed up an hour later and, together we diagnosed the problem in a few minutes. As it turned out, the problem was user error and had already corrected itself and the A/C was working again. He didn't charge for the visit even though I offered to pay. We talked about replacing the unit, and he advised I wait. Economy Air Systems lived up to the name but surpassed it by providing excellent service. I've had so-so experiences with supposedly reputable HVAC companies before, so Brian will absolutely be my first call the next time I need work done, and should be yours.
