- DGDana GreeleyMar 10, 20265.025 year old opener died. Amber was very helpful and friendly on the phone. Gave me options with accurate pricing and warranties. James called ahead and showed up early! Naturally, in addition to the new opener, I needed new springs and spools and some adjustments. So the total bill was more than I initially planned. Still, it fell under the install cost for the opener alone as quoted by others. So yes, I would use them again.
