  I called Garage Tech at 7:40 this morning. My garage door stopped working last night and Amber quickly realized it was a broken spring. They moved around their schedule to help me out (my car was stuck inside and I had 3 kids to shuttle to school/sports while my husband happened to be out of town). At 9 am Mitch was at my door with the part ready to get to work. By 10 am the work was complete and I have a functioning garage door again. Thank you to Amber and Mitch! You truly can't get better service than this!

  I recently had Garage Tech renovate my garage openers, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! They showed up exactly on time and worked quickly, neatly, and efficiently. The entire job was done with incredible attention to detail, and my garage was spotless when they left. What really impressed me was their dedication to customer service. After the initial renovation, a semi-related issue came up. Garage Tech promptly returned, fixed the problem, and went above and beyond to ensure that everything was running reliably. Their professionalism, quality of work, and commitment to making sure everything was perfect truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend Garage Tech if you want trustworthy, reliable, and top-notch garage service!

  Highly recommended. Easy to make appointment within short timeframe. I have one garage door opener fixed, and installed a new one on the other door. The job was done perfectly and reasonable pricing is a plus.

  The garage door didn't open because the springs were broken. Garage Tech sent out a technician, James, next day and came with all the necessary hardware to fix the problem. He converted the Wayne Dalton system to torsion spring system. James was knowledgeable and highly professional. He had to fix a problem that the builder left with and didn't charge extra for the labor, which I highly appreciated. A couple of things to note: 1. The entire crew wasn't sure about the source of the hardware they use such as manufacturer, country of origin and specs(e.g. lifecycle of springs). I don't know if it is a made in China knockoff or higher quality spring (hoping for the latter). Imagine buying a laptop with no details on the underlying specs. 2. I just trusted Garage Tech given their positive reviews on facebook / google and paid what they asked for ($600). Time will tell about the durability, but overall I am satisfied with the service. I would call them again in case things went wrong in the future.

  James did a great job replacing our broken garage door opener and fixing up our garage door. He was professional, on time and easy to work with. Honest, good company. Will use again for any garage work.
