- LHLilly HuthDec 26, 20255.0Owner Chris and HVAC tech Dylan are awesome. No upselling like several other HVAC contractors we contacted. Dylan happily and inexpensively repaired our older but extremely reliable R12 system. We had previously contacted two other HVAC contractors and both of them inadequately troubleshot our system, finding problems with the gas pressure that weren't there, and only wanted to replace it with a $25K replacement. Dylan was also able to repair our gas fireplace insert with a replacement gas valve, when the aforementioned contractors were not willing or able to do the repair, and again tried to upsell us on a $10K fireplace insert replacement. Top notch and honest owner and craft employee, and friendly office staff. Can't say enough about how happy we are.

Another company came out and told me I needed a new furnace and it would be three weeks before I could get one! Jim from C and C came out and got our furnace working! He is an amazing technician and also educated us in terms of furnace maintenance. I am now a loyal customer!
