- DYDavyd YaskuDec 29, 20251.0Bought a home built by Richmond in Tehaleh. For the most part everything has been good, just the basic minor first year settling wear. However, last winter out heating went out when we hit freezing temps outside. Outdoor unit froze over and furnace would not kick on. We were stuck in a freezing home for several days until they got someone out to take a look. Took 2 appointments and with no definitive answers they said they fixed it. It worked fine as the cold had passed and we had no issues throughout the summer but come this winter again, woke up in a 45 degree home. Same thing, outdoor unit frozen, furnace isn’t heating. Tried to reach out via online application and called the local offices several times with no answer. The house itself is not bad but having no heat is rough.
- AYAlex YavenkaJul 14, 20251.0beware of this developer, I live on 148th st e, they were very nice before signing the paperwork, they said the house would have a warranty and that any problems would be fixed within a week, I have a lot of problems with the new house, I make warranty stamps on their website, they never answer, the phone in the office is always on answering machine, it looks like they are just scammers, I will try to contact them through lawyers, I will post updates
