  We had Bath Fitter install our bath/shower over ten years ago and use it every day with zero problems. No leaks, no drips. Still looks as nice as the day it was installed. We can't be happier with the product and the installer! Over ten years later, and glad we selected Bath Fitter

  Needed to update a large shower and a bathtub/shower combo in a 1990 home. Wanted to go a custom route and started getting bids that were very high but could get us what we wanted - dual tall rain showers, dual controls in a big custom shower space. The bathtub combo in another room needed complete replacement too. Those projects were months out, work would be about a month or two long, final cost dependent upon some aspects they couldn’t know until ripping the old stuff out. Ugh. Then my parents told me they had Bathfitter install their tub/shower combo and they said it took a day- a day! To install it - ladder measured to fit OVER their old tub. Wha? Ok, it looked nice but not the custom look and fixtures we were after. The fact that it was one price and takes a day to install was worth looking into. So we had them come out and they gave us exactly what we wanted and it cost 1/3 the price of custom work- and they were in and out in 2 days - 2 bathrooms! We love the work and had one small issue 10 years after the install and they came & fixed it under lifetime warranty. My parents had an issue with theirs and Bathfitter came back and redid the entire project for free under warranty and they got brand new everything. They are what they claim- and we had a great experience with them. Would highly recommend using them - if you’re interested in updating a bathroom shower or tub, do yourself a favor and at least get a bid from them and see what magic they can do. I’m sure you’ll be as thankful as we were to have gone that route.

  This was our second installation from Bath Fitter. We has such a great experience with out first shower replacement we had them return to change out bathtub into a walk in shower. The work was outstanding. I can’t recommend Bath Fitters enough!

  everything was great they did agreat job except the installer put 2 holes in my wall tryed to cover it up with caulk and now a few year later all my caulk in the front of the tub where they cut it to short keeps coming undone ive called several time it is still the they sam ad now the tub is dipping and flexing in the back when you step on it need to call them for warranty info

  Our shower was installed by Bath Fitter in July 2016. We are completely satisfied by the quality, workmanship, and durability of the entire shower system. After 9+ years of almost daily use, minus vacation days, we were told by a another plumbing company, that was doing a service inspection of our entire plumbing system, that our shower's pressure valve was getting hard to turn and needed to be replaced. They offered to do it for $459. However, since we had Bath Fitter install our shower system, we called them to address the issue. With no questions asked, they promptly scheduled a visit by their representative to inspect the potential problem. Within a few days, the representative arrived, diagnosed the problem, and quickly replaced the problem valve within a matter of a couple of hours. When I asked how much it would cost, the representative replied that it fell under the lifetime guarantee and everything was free of charge. We are delighted to have entrusted our shower to Bath Fitter, not only for the quality installation but also for their excellent follow-up and service policy. We highly recommend recommend Bath Fitter to anyone needing their bathroom/shower remodeled.
