He was able to handle it all quickly with me remotely, walking me through all the steps (and handling the parts I didn't understand) using a remote connection! He was very professional and personable and I'm happy to now have a local company I can call if I ever need help with my computer again. (more like "when"... I am not technologically inclined!). Can't recommend this company enough -- I can use my computer again without it forcing me to shut down all my apps and programs!
